Maintenance Technician Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: 21.60

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

? repairs and maintenance of physical structures of apartment units

? using hand tools and power tools

• Upkeep various apartment buildings.

•Painting -Replace electrical fixtures
