Shift: Thursday and Friday 730am-5pm
$17.50 per hour
Summary:

As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression and providing exceptional service. Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage multi-line phone systems: answer, screen, and direct calls appropriately.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier services.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filling, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with legal and administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
