Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Restaurant Manager. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, team performance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Operations:
- Oversee daily operations including food preparation, service flow, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures comply with health regulations and company policies.
- Monitor kitchen and front-of-house activities to guarantee speed, accuracy, and quality.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
- Create and manage team schedules to ensure proper staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours.
- Motivate and mentor staff to maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Customer Experience:
- Maintain a customer-focused culture that emphasizes speed, friendliness, and service excellence.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
- Actively seek customer feedback to improve service and experience.
Sales & Financial Management:
- Monitor sales performance and work to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Manage labor, food costs, and inventory to achieve profitability targets.
- Control cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and health department regulations.
- Conduct regular safety and cleanliness audits.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications (e.g., ServSafe or local food handler requirements).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-service or food-service environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials including labor cost, food cost, and P&L management.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, scheduling tools, MS Office).
- Fast-paced restaurant setting with frequent standing and walking.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
