Are you organized, people-focused, and ready to dive into the world of Human Resources? We’re looking for a dependable and driven individual to support our HR operations in Sparta.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr based on experience
Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, internal communications, and recruitment activities

Respond to reference checks and employment verifications

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records

Track employee attendance and generate reports/HR metrics

Schedule and coordinate interviews and training modules

Assist with the implementation of HR training

Provide general administrative support and perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in an administrative or entry-level HR role preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
