Job Opening: Day & Afternoon Shift Welders in Fort Atkinson

We are seeking to hire Welders for our valued client in Fort Atkinson, WI!

Let’s talk about the available shifts:

• 1^st Shift works Monday – Thursday 4am-2pm
• 2^nd Shift works Monday – Thursday 2pm-Midnight
• Overtime may be mandatory on Fridays

The Pay for the Welders:

• $21/hr+ based on experience
• $3/hr premium for 2^nd Shift

Job Duties of the Welders:

• Welding preparation including MIG welding and Robotic Welding both load and unload
• Metal finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience or a technical degree and 1 year of experience
• Basic PLC/CNC knowledge is a plus
• The ability to read to read tape measures and efficiently operate all other required measuring devices is also required
• Candidates best suited for this role will have a proven ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
• Basic ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required for safety purposes
• Stand/walk for full shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
