Job Opening: Day & Afternoon Shift Forklift Drivers

We are seeking to hire Forklift Drivers for our valued clients in DeForest and Windsor, WI!

Let’s talk about the available shifts:

• 1^st Shift Forklift Driver works Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4pm
• 2^nd Shift Forklift Driver works Monday – Friday, 2pm-10pm (OT may be required)

The Pay for Forklift Drivers:

• 1^st Shift – $18/hr
• 2^nd Shift – $22/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Forklift Driver:

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklift
• Read pick sheet
• Palletize and prep items for shipment
• Load and unload product from racking and trailers
• Load outgoing vehicles for delivery, and unload incoming trucks into inventory
• Work production line, including mixing and packaging agricultural products
• Use Wrapping Machine to wrap product/pallets
• Palletize products
• Attach labels and tags
• Lift heavy bags of seed
• Monitor paperwork

• REQUIRES at least 3 months of forklift experience in the past year OR 3 years in the past 5 years
• Respirator fit test may be required
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Forklift experience (stand up preferred – sit down OK)
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/sit for full shift
• You will be working in a manufacturing facility; standing, lifting, stretching, twisting, and bending during the entire shift
