Job Opening: Day Shift Manufacturing Positions in Middleton

We are seeking to hire a variety of Manufacturing Positions for our valued client in Middleton, WI!

Let’s talk about the available shifts:

• 1^st Shift Assistant Pourline Technician works Monday – Friday 6am-2pm
• 1^st Shift General Laborer works Monday – Friday, 5am-5pm
• 1st Shift Forklift Lamination Operator works Monday – Friday, 5am-5pm
• 1st Shift Forklift Grind & Mold operator works Monday – Friday 4am-2:30pm (possibility of being scheduled 3am-3pm or 4am-12pm depending on business needs)

The Pay for these positions:

• $17.50/hr – General Laborer
  
• $18.50/hr – Forklift Grind & Mold Operator
• $19.50/hr – Forklift Lamination Operator
• $20.50/hr – Assistant Pourline Technician
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Assistant Pourline Technician:

• Assist in running the foam machine during pouring operations
• Check & maintain proper chemical levels in run tanks
• Enter/adjust flow controls where necessary
• Prepare and assemble mechanical components required to set up machine for operation
• Assist with ensuring all foam machine troughs are properly maintained and installed

Job Duties of the General Laborer:

• Monitor machine operation
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Lift rolls of foam to production line
• Replace spools as necessary
• Perform other duties as necessary

Job Duties of the Forklift Operators:

• Operate forklift to load and unload bundles of material scrap
• Sort materials to correct locations
• Maintain clean work environment
• Operate machines as need be

• Assistant Pourline Technician Requirements:
• Previous experience working with chemicals
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to perform work safely
• Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas, requests, and problems to fellow employees and supervisors on a one-to-one basis, as well as over the phone and in written form
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must be capable of learning and comprehending job assignments, possess good memory and recall abilities, troubleshoot problems and independently implement solutions
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
• General Laborer Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow procedures

• Forklift Requirements:
• At least 3 months of forklift experience in the last 12 months REQUIRED

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• You will be working in a manufacturing facility; standing, lifting, stretching, twisting, and bending during the entire shift
