Location: Nimitz

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:45am to 3:45pm.
Pay: $20-$30 per hour (depends on experience)

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced Contracts & Procurement Team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and a proven ability to handle changing priorities. This is a critical support role responsible for administrative functions such as data entry, invoice reconciliation, documentation management, and internal communication with Project Managers, vendors, and team members.
Job Duties:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain procurement logs
- Organize and maintain files and documentation
- Facilitate internal communication and correspondence
- Respond to inquiries from internal staff and external vendors
- Support daily administrative needs of the Contracts & Procurement Team
Job Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent) plus 2 years administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Must be a proactive self-starter who can work independently
- Previous experience with Timberline software is a plus
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid TWIC credential
