Job Opening: Product Manager

Remedy is looking for a Production Manager to join one of the leading manufacturing companies of secure electronic payment terminals and point of sales systems in South Jacksonville!

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am-6:00pm 

Job Summary: 

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the product introduction and product lifecycle for new PAX Electronic Payment and Point-of-Sale (POS) hardware lines in the United States. In this role you will act as a liaison between our Field Sales organization representing end-users (merchants) and our corporate Product Management & R&D staffs in China.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Define the hardware product vision and strategy.
• Ensure the successful launch of hardware products.
• Be accountable for the growth and adoption of products.
• Own the complete US product lifecycle from inception through product discontinuance.
• Act as a sales support resource and evangelist for assigned products.

Required Skills/Education:

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows based computer skills.
• Travel required between locations on a varying schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of Product Management or Product Marketing experience in Retail technologies – focusing on Electronic Payment, Point-of-Sale, or related fields.
