Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (depends on experience)

Job Duties:
- Fleet & Logistics Coordination: Oversees the scheduling and routing of company vehicles for the pickup and delivery of donated and redemption goods, ensuring efficient transport operations.
- Vehicle & Equipment Management: Inspects vehicles, coordinates maintenance and repairs, procures titles and registrations, and ensures all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
- Staff Supervision: Manages transportation department staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions; also supports other departments when supervisors are absent.
- Cost Control & Vendor Relations: Tracks and analyzes transportation-related expenses, negotiates with vendors, and ensures cost-effective purchasing and repairs.
- Safety Compliance: Leads safety initiatives, ensures staff follows all safety protocols, and maintains compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training.
- Must have a valid driver's license (type 4).
- Must have a clean traffic abstract, pass a PUC physical & functional capacity exam, and be at least 21 years of age.
- Must retain HDL and PUC card on their person at all time when working.
