Position: Part-time, Front Office Coordinator
Location: Honolulu
Industry: Insurance
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30 am – 11:00 am
Pay: $18.00/hr.

The Front Office Coordinator will be able to work independently and have a positive and professional demeanor while working on the functions of operating front office duties and tasks. Overall responsibility is to handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, record keeping, data entry, and filing.
Job Duties:
- Assists staff in informing and coordinating upcoming events.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
- Ensure client and company confidentiality while conducting front office tasks and projects.
- Ensures and informs staff of any changes or updates on front office operations that could affect the workflow of the office.
- Provides front office support for administrative staff and their clients.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing office equipment and supplies.
- To use outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Work with Sr. HR Consultant on invoices and general office projects
- Works with General Account Managers, and all consultants on information of company’s clients to ensure proper data entry and billing are accurate.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or college education that is relevant and can be applied to the position.
- Experience in Administration and or billing is a plus
- Able to multi-task
- Able to self-initiate starting and completing tasks and projects
- Microsoft suite proficient
