Job Duties:
- Team Leadership & Training: Assists the Store Manager in supervising staff, assigning shifts, coaching on store policies, and maintaining a high level of customer service and team performance.
- Store Operations: Helps manage daily store functions including cash handling, inventory control, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Sales & Customer Service: Supports achieving sales goals by promoting merchandise, addressing customer concerns professionally, and ensuring consistent communication of store promotions.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Oversees the ordering, receiving, inspection, and display of merchandise to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure product quality and presentation.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforces store policies, ensures a safe work environment, and reports any security concerns or safety issues, while stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.
Job Requirements:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
