We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician for our new client in Fort Atkinson, WI.
Prior industrial maintenance, blueprint reading, and mechanical aptitude experience needed to start.
Paid, on the job production training is provided to all new employees.
1st shift hours-flexible
Pay: $30/hr Based on Experience

Job Duties:
- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance needs.
- Use the Fiix system to track and manage work orders.
- Oversee facility maintenance, fire inspections, and environmental compliance.
- Implement process improvements and ensure ISO compliance.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree and/or training is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and basic electrical schematics.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills, and ability to repair systems independently.
- Practical experience with automated equipment and robots, simple electrical systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
