• 1st Shift Intake Eligibility Specialist works Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm

The Pay for an Intake Eligibility Specialist:

• 1st Shift – $17/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Intake Eligibility Specialist:

• Processing applications either in person or with the customer over the phone to establish the eligibility for energy assistance
• Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders within the community
• Attend community events to serve the low income population of the community including veterans, disabled, elderly, and families with young children

• Previous experience working in an office or call center required – at least 2 years in the last 5 years
• Longevity – we like to see people within the same company for 3+ years

• Oral and written communication skills
