Harnessing Lead Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the production of wiring harnesses used in arcade game development
• Liaison between the R&D department and the harnessing production team  
• Learn and assemble new wiring harnesses based on designs from electrical technicians
• Train production employees on proper assembly techniques
• Assist with hands-on harness production in the assembly department
• Ensure quality and consistency in wiring harness production
