Summary:
The Bilingual HR Assistant supports the Human Resources function within a fast-paced manufacturing plant. This role provides administrative and operational support across key HR areas including hourly staffing, onboarding, compliance, and HR systems. The HR Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining smooth HR operations and supporting plant workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with Spanish translations both in verbal and written form.
- Serve as a main point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Answer incoming HR calls.
- Assist with interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate pre-employment processes including drug screens, and onboarding paperwork.
- Prepare new hire packets .
- Ensure completion of required documentation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Support HR-led initiatives such as roundtables, surveys, and engagement activities
- Support planning and execution of employee appreciation events, recognition programs.
- Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the plant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos, SAP).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Position Summary:
The Production Packaging Operator and the Machine Operator may operate processing, packaging, computer control system, and material handling equipment to safely produce quality product in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Packaging Operator:
- Operate all machines and equipment necessary to properly process and package finished product
- Must have experience operating a fork truck in a manufacturing environment
- Load, unload, store, sample, and transfer raw materials, finished product, and miscellaneous items
- Maintain equipment through proper lubrication, minor repairs/adjustments; report all malfunctions and needed repairs
- Maintain accurate and complete records and charts
- Routinely sanitize and clean plant equipment and facilities
- Perform material handling duties in accordance with all applicable OSHA and EPA standards
- Effectively communicate with all other team members
- Participate in safety, quality, and productivity improvement projects
- Fill in for overtime requirements including vacation, sick leave, training and others as needed
- Perform other duties and tasks as required
In addition to the Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed above, the Production Machine Operator also must perform the added tasks:
- Perform all required “in process” tests and adjustments
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records for completeness and accuracy
