Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking for 1st & 2nd shift Food Production Associate in the Swedesboro, NJ area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!

Pay: $15.50/hr

Hours:

Monday to Friday

1st Shift- 6am- Till Production is over

2nd Shift- 3pm- Till Production is over

• Production Worker Responsibilities: The Production Worker will be responsible for preparing and packing of product on production line while maintaining a clean work area. The ideal candidate will be positive willing to work hard and react quickly under pressure.

  Job Duties:

  • Responsible for prepping and packing product
  • Responsible for performing quality check on product handling
  • Responsible for maintaining the work area clean and free of debris to ensure a safe working environment
  • Responsible for assisting in other areas of the facility

Job Requirements:

Responsible for prepping and packing of product on production line, you must be committed to providing quality product. The ideal candidate will be positive and willing to work 10-12 hours day (until production is finished). You will have a set schedule and will be able to work overtime.

Job requirements:

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks 
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. 
• Ability to work as a team and follow instructions 
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment's and tools to perform the job
• Participate in company training or orientation 
• Exposure to wet and humid conditions 
• Must be able to lift and carry 10lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Exposed to cold temperatures (38 Degrees)
