The Web and SEO Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and performance of the museum’s website. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Technician to support operations in a high-volume, technology-driven facility. This role is responsible for structured cabling, material handling, and basic construction tasks that support workspace setup and infrastructure readiness. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, follows standardized processes, and prioritizes safety, quality, and organization.

Pay– $25/hour

 

Key Responsibilities

Cable Management & Technical Operations

  • Install, route, secure, and label structured cabling systems, including fiber optics, Ethernet, and coaxial cables.
  • Ensure all cabling meets internal standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of cabling, connectivity, and equipment issues.
  • Support technology deployments, equipment upgrades, and facility expansions.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant cable pathways and work areas.
  • Follow documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) and change management processes.

Material Handling & Inventory Operations

  • Receive, verify, inspect, and stage inbound materials according to shipping documentation and work orders.
  • Safely transport materials using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
  • Track and manage inventory using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
  • Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready storage areas.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in structured cabling, material handling, basic construction, warehouse operations, or technology-enabled facilities preferred.

• Working knowledge of basic hand tools, measuring tools, and light
