Operators clean and sanitize equipment and work areas, gather veggie carts, fill containers with hot stock, palletize boxes, run the pan wash machine, and use pallet jacks to move totes. Role requires clear communication with the Supervisor and adherence to GMPs, safety rules, food safety, sanitation procedures, and environmental protocols. Performs additional duties as assigned.
