Day shift

This position provides for the effective fabrication of sheet metal componentry of lighting fixtures. Position may be on CNC Turret punch presses, CNC Press brakes, or Pinning machine and Welding. The associate’s work will include:

• The associate will be working in the Power Pack Department. In the absence of the Shift Supervisor:
• Communicate with on-duty Remedy Team Lead for staffing and production concerns.
• Meet team members at time clock and stay there until 10 minutes after the shift .
• Oversee all Remedy related operations while communicating with On-site Manager for all areas.
• Ensure production, safety, policies and procedures are being followed throughout shift.
• Make scheduling adjustments based on staffing numbers for the day and on an as-needed basis by checking production board Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of Remedy and the customer in the most professional manner possible.
