Job Duties of the Quality Control Inspector:

  • Inspect measure and/or test material to established methods and standards.
  • Utilize various inspection tools, such as Vision System, Verniers, Micrometers, Rulers, Oscilloscopes, DVMs, Power Supplies, Defib/Pacer Analyzers, custom fixtures etc. per procedures.
  • Document inspection and test results according to established procedures.
  • Maintain quality documentation files such as, Device History Records (DHR) and Inspection History Records.
  • Process returned material to established procedures.
  • Read and interpret documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), schematics, technical drawings, PDAs and ECOs.
  • Interface with other functions and departments as required.

This role manages employee relations at the client site – including coaching, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews. This role ensures client satisfaction and engagement through superior customer service and develops relationships with supervisors and associates. This role anticipates staffing requirements and expectations; develops value-added services to support changing client needs.

Your Opportunity as an Onsite Staffing Manager (Staff Performance Manager):

  • Anticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develops value-added services to support changing client needs
  • Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignment
  • Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate
  • Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client’s request
  • Manage employee relations at the site – including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews
  • Conduct onsite orientation, safety training
  • Facilitate the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents
  • Participate in scheduled service reviews at the client site
  • Act as the liaison between the branch office and the client

  • Clean all process tooling as well as other related fiber extrusion equipment, using existing procedures.
  • Maintain documentation or process conditions, run time conditions and variations from process sheets.
  • Responsible for accurately completing all required paperwork and maintaining a clean environment to prevent contamination.
  • Responsible for performing first piece and in-process quality inspections using appropriate gauging equipment as directed.
  • Report material or machine defects or any major problems to the Section Leader or Supervisor.
  • All other duties assigned by Line Leader, Section Leader or Supervisor.
