  • Supervises a staff of 100+ temporary workers Ensures that all tasks are performed in accordance with the operating procedures and ensures all GMP’s are being followed.
  • Walks the production area and observes workers performance to ensure good and safe work habits and coaches workers as needed.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing best practices and safety
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with workers from other cultures in a sensitive manner. Able to work well with production workers, supervisors and operations manager.
  • Participates in evening and morning production meetings
  • Competent in use of Excel, word and outlook

 Requirements

  • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts 6 days a week
  • Must have a fully composed resume and 2 verifiable references                                                
  • Must be bilingual
  • Food Manufacturing a Plus but not a Must
  • MUST have Production Supervisory experience
  • Must meet all Remedy hiring criteria
  • Strong written and verbal skills for internal and external communications.
  • Must be a people person and like working with people
