• Set up and operate transfer molding presses according to procedures.

• Kitting of raw material to work orders, raw material preparation, and data entry.

• Responsible for keeping the work area and equipment safe, clean, and organized.

• Must communicate daily with planner and supervisor to assure scheduled deliveries.

• Play an active role in regards to “Lean” processes by working and communicating with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Peers to identify and implement ways to improve process flow.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year molding experience.

• Experience in an Engineer-to-Order atmosphere preferred.

Job Summary:

Responsible for all aspects of the incoming quality processes including supervising the department employees and directing daily scheduling of incoming quality activities to assure accurate and efficient inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts, and components used in the manufacture of medical devices, partially assembled, or finished medical devices.
