Your Opportunity as an Onsite Staffing Manager (Staff Performance Manager):

  • Anticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develops value-added services to support changing client needs
  • Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignment
  • Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse (includes some delivery)

• Using material handling equipment, inbound and outbound shipments, loads and unloads trucks, locates and picks material into/out of warehouse racks and between locations, Log inbound freight (UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, DHL).

• Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.

• Stocking and arranging of product to ensure warehouse turns of inventory.

• Determines accurate material quantities by cycle counting.

• Receives material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required. Ensures accurate part number, quantity, and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, location; Resolves discrepancies with material quantities, part numbers.

Our client is looking for Shredder Operators to join their team.

Pay:  $19.00 / hour

Shift:  7am to 7pm, rotating schedule.

Long Term Temporary position. 

Position Summary: The Shredder operator is trained to assist in several areas of production including but not limited to the packaging system, warehousing, pulp shredding, and handling equipment to safely produce quality product in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate all equipment necessary to properly shred raw materials and/or package finished product
  • Load, unload, store, sample, and transfer raw materials, finished product, and miscellaneous items 
  • Provide relief coverage to departments as assigned
  • Maintain equipment through proper lubrication, minor repairs/adjustments; report all malfunctions and needed repairs
  • Maintain accurate and complete records
  • Routinely sanitize and clean plant equipment and facilities
  • Assist in training new shredders
  • Perform material handling duties in accordance with all applicable OSHA and EPA standards
  • Effectively communicate with all other team members
  • Participate in safety, quality, and productivity

This position provides for the effective fabrication of sheet metal componentry of lighting fixtures. Position

may be on CNC Turret punch presses, CNC Press brakes, or Pinning machine. The machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and correctly interpret blueprints.

• Understand how to read and use a protractor

• Perform basic quality checks (both visual and measuring with a protractor and tape measure)

• Identify tooling needed for machine/program/Ops sheet

• Identify if tooling needs sharping or is damaged

• Load tooling in the machine

• Operate Press brakes or Turrets.

• Setting up of machinery from proven programs.

• Evaluate all engineering drawings and ensure implementation according to welding specifications.

• Perform all welding work with help of forming and cutting equipments.

• Provide assistance to production process and mould various fixtures.

• Design and produce new parts according to BUCYRUS specifications.

• Perform efficient welding of various metal objects with help of gas torch and welder.

• Perform repair to damage alloy articles and prepare new articles with help of welding machines.

• Analyze diagrams and specifications and cut all metal accordingly with help of welding torch.

• Assist to remove all soft metal for welding.
