Shipping & Receiving Helper
- Inspect Incoming Shipments: Verify that the items received match purchase orders and packing lists, checking for accuracy and damage.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including shipping documents, invoices, and bills of lading.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting regular stock counts to ensure accurate stock levels and locations.

- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and order within common kitchen spaces before and after use.
- Empty trash, recycling, and compost regularly; dispose of waste in appropriate bins.
- Restock kitchen supplies and disposables; monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Assist culinary and product development teams with setup and breakdown of kitchen spaces for events and meetings.
- Unpack, rotate, label, and stock all inventory.
- Assist with basic food preparation and plating as needed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the coordination of the stores on-site activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all transactions with the business and local vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehouse (includes some delivery)
• Using material handling equipment, inbound and outbound shipments, loads and unloads trucks, locates and picks material into/out of warehouse racks and between locations, Log inbound freight (UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, DHL).
• Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Stocking and arranging of product to ensure warehouse turns of inventory.
• Determines accurate material quantities by cycle counting.
• Receives material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required. Ensures accurate part number, quantity, and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, location; Resolves discrepancies with material quantities, part numbers.
• Locates parts insuring that pallets are stable, observing pallet heights, material, racking and equipment are not damaged, and material is not left in aisles.
• Practices safe material handling techniques.
• Performs housekeeping as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required

Work directly in conjunction with warehouse management to address food safety concerns. Maintain records of inspections. Inspect and bring issues to the attention of management relative to food safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, inspect, and verify Purchase Order quantities for all inbound perishable loads.
- Inspect all inbound trucks for signs of pest and rodents before unloading.
- Document temperatures of all inbound loads and report to warehouse manager and buyers any violations.
- Responsible for proper rotation for all produce inventory and various perishable items.
- Maintain acceptable levels of product in each assigned pick slot.
- Perform daily quality inspections for all perishable items.
- Perform daily date checks and pull all out dated product from pick and reserve slots.
- Complete daily dump and damage report and give to warehouse supervisor or inventory control.
- Communicate daily with the buyers and warehouse manager on all issues related to perishable items. May make recommendations on dump and damage or repackaging.
- Process produce returns, determine whether to return to inventory, donate or dump.
- Receive calls from Territory Managers and help troubleshoot.
- May use forklift or electric pallet jack in this role.
