Brief description:

The Warehouse Technician operates the daily warehouse activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices in a safe, efficient manner.

– Prepare customer orders for shipment, completing all paperwork as required

– Operate fork and clamp truck safely
– Load and unload all finished products, warehouse transfers, and receive all raw materials

Job Summary:

  • Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Release and track shop orders, ensuring materials and documentation are ready.
  • Monitor progress and resolve issues quickly to keep production on track.
  • Update ERP systems with accurate status and maintain data integrity.
  • Work with supply chain to prevent material shortages and keep inventory flowing.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams to solve problems.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in production scheduling or manufacturing coordination.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (IFS experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
