Your Opportunity as an Onsite Supervisor (Staff Performance Supervisor):

• Anticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develops value-added services to support changing client needs
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignment
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client’s request
• Manage employee relations at the site – including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews
• Conduct onsite orientation, safety training
• Facilitate the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents
• Participate in scheduled service reviews at the client site
• Act as the liaison between the branch office and the client

• Other duties as assigned

Client Site: Typically work is performed is generally offsite at a client’s location that could be an office or other business setting and require travel to and from locations. This position requires compliance for all occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations.

CNC Machinist 

Day

 Produce machined parts by using Manual and/or automated (CNC) lathes to fill work orders while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as manual or CNC lathes, milling machines, prototrak mill, or grinders • Operate hand lathe, mill, drill press and punch press • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications in order to select and program the proper speeds, feeds, for various metals, and operating conditions • Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used • Lay out, measure, and mark workpiece in order to display placement of cuts • Position workpiece on the drill press, lathe, or milling machine • Monitor the feed and speed of machines and accuracy of cuts during the machining process

Day shift

Responsible for the set-up and operation of a manual spinning lathe to form product. Involves the manual manipulation of a roller to shape blank discs of metal over molds on a lathe. Manual spinning relies on the skill and expertise of the operator to apply adequate pressure to the blank against the forming tool. • Spin form various components from a range of material grades and thicknesses • Lifting and slinging of components, tooling, and machine ancillaries • Produce components within agreed cycle times • Produce components that conform to all specifications listed on engineering drawings • Produce components that satisfy all internal and external quality control measures • Maintain visual checks throughout the process and take corrective action where required • Inspect parts to determine if the product meets quality/customer specifications, taking appropriate action concerning parts that are not to customer/quality standards
