We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Technicians to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for the mass production of various models of oil-free compressors. This includes component preparation, assembly operations, and quality assurance to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts using bolts, clips, screws, cement, or other fastening methods
• Operate hydraulic or pneumatic presses, air wrenches, and other tools for force fitting and bonding
• Perform a variety of tasks including mechanical assembly, pressure testing, functional testing, and material handling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow company quality policies, procedures, and instructions to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction
• Perform wire harness tasks such as crimping, soldering, pinning/de-pinning, sleeving, wire marking, and labeling
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years experience in production assembly, auto mechanics, auto technician, machine maintenance, or HVAC is strongly preferred.
