Job Duties of the Team Members:

  • Packaging Operators:
    • Primary responsibilities include the setup, operation, and sanitation of packaging equipment in compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for various general labor tasks, such as moving materials within the facility. This position requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Packaging Team Member:
    • The Packaging Team Member performs a variety of essential tasks to assist in production in a food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include activities such as loading packaging materials into packaging equipment, moving materials within the facility, completing product quality checks, and participating in the sanitation of production equipment. 
  • Warehouse Associate:
    • The Warehouse Associate is responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and materials within our facility to support production activities, accurate and timely completion of order picking tasks, and the loading and unloading of trucks.

Temp-Hire or Direct Hire

Position Overview: Guarantee the maintenance of machine shop equipment and tooling to ensure the smooth operation of all production’s machines.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Maintain and operate all machine shop equipment.
  • Designate materials and technical information used for all work in the machine shop.
  • Maintain accurate records and drawings.
  • Obtain quotes for special projects.
  • Schedule tooling and equipment repairs in the shop.
  • Work with manufacturing personnel on die design, engineering changes, tooling repairs, and drawings of new tooling.
  • Inspect tooling and parts machined in-house and by outside fabricators.
  • Work with outside fabricators for tooling and equipment.
  • Maintain quality level on all machine equipment/maintenance environment.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • First Class Machinist

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • Strong working knowledge of Injection Mold Tooling Preferred
  • Basic knowledge and awareness of electrical control and power distribution plumbing, HVAC.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to stand for long hours.
  • Ability to solve problems through step by step thinking by looking beyond the obvious solution to a problem and endeavor to find the best solution.
