Maintenance Technician (Mold Setter) –

Shift: 1st Shift - 5:00am-3:30pm with overtime as needed

Starting pay $27.46/hr+ based on technical skills and experience

Job Duties:

• Efficiently perform mold changes and machine setups.
• Having the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems and various situations.
• Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured product. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to setup jobs while following all lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Performing all duties as designated by supervisor/manager.
• Performing all duties in support of our quality and safety policies. Supporting other departments as needed.

• Requires strong attention to detail while working at a fast pace
• Must be able to stand entire shift, lifting, bending, and twisting
• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
• Must provide own steel toe shoes
• Previous Mold Setting experience needed
• Must have Maintenance experience in a Manufacturing setting

Shifts:

• Night Shift - 7:30pm - 7:30am 2-3-2 Schedule

Pay: $20/hr or more BOE. Those who work on off shift get a 7.7% shift differential.  

Job Duties of Chemical Operator: 

• Operate chemical manufacturing machines using HMI screens
• Utilize computer skills to select production programs
• Maintain on-time production schedule
• Add materials and products into productions line
• Monitor process to create finished product
• Remove samples for testing
• Document process accurately
• Perform manufacturing process following Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and production schedule.

Pay: $21.50-$22.50 based on shift

Job Duties of a Production Associate:

• Move, rack, and handle glass lites throughout production
• Seam glass and assist in preparing materials for tempering and finishing
• Bend channels into spacers, apply butyl, and fill channels with desiccant
• Cut stock channel sizes and internal grilles/bars
• Operate machines used to punch holes in channel
• Run the cutting table, break out glass lites, and organize racks by schedule
• Maintain safety standards and a clean work area
