Extrusion Operator – Day & Night Shifts 

Janesville, WI

Pay/Schedule: 

• $18/hr plus based on experience 

• $2/hr shift premium 

• 2-2-3 Shift

• 12-hour shifts (Day: 6:45am – 7:00pm) (Night: 6:45pm – 7:00am) 

Responsibilities: 

• Set and adjust extrusion parameters. 

• Examine, measure & weigh materials or products to verify conformance to standards, using measuring devices such as micrometers or scales.  

• Communicate with team and supervisors. 

• Record production data. 
• Assist with troubleshooting and routine maintenance.

Job Requirements:

Requirements: 

• Two Years of sheet extrusion experience preferably running PP (Polypropylene) sheet for thermoforming applications.  

• Familiarity with GMP’s 

• Able to read & understand work instructions, perform basic math computations, & computer data entry. 

• Capable of using measuring and hand tools 

• Must have forklift operating and machine operating experience 

• Ability to walk and stand during the entire shift 

• Able to lift 50lbs 

PAINT TECHINICIAN – 1ST SHIFT

• SCHEDULE:

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading on the paint line
• Operate spray guns and paint equipment to apply powder coating
• Monitor paint line operations to ensure consistent quality and coverage

• PAY: $21.50/hour + Based on experience + $3 shift premium
• SCHEDULE:
  • Monday–Thursday, 2:00pm-Midnight (Mandatory Friday OT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel components for frames and accessories according to blueprints and specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, adjusting as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
