Shifts: 1st shift 8am-5pm **flexible schedule **

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Ensuring the safety, quality, housekeeping, 5S and KOI performance for the assigned line or area as directed by the Supervisor or Shift Lead 
• Read blueprints and specifications.
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials.
• Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.

MachinRemedy Staffing is partnering with a company in the Lackawanna/South Buffalo area in search of a Machine Operator!

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd

Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Ensuring the safety, quality, housekeeping, 5S and KOI performance for the assigned line or area as directed by the Supervisor or Shift Lead 
• Perform start-up and set-up duties, ensuring lines are ready for production
• Perform color and product changes according to plant procedures
• Ensure all hoppers are filled with correct material and that lines are set up for efficient production
• Performs all quality tests per required frequency and adheres to the Buffalo plant quality standards, enter data into MS Access Database.
• Perform adjustments to extrusion equipment and tooling to maintain quality specifications, clean and assemble tooling as needed, perform adjustments to line
• Setup and monitor downstream equipment (where applicable):  puller, saw, router, strapper, wrapper, capping machine, boxing area, vacuum lift, sawzall guard

A Tonawanda manufacturing company is in search of experienced laboratory technician.

Pay: $19.00-21.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Duties:

• · (Primary Focus 60% of time) Execute accelerated stability testing which includes Chemical, Physical and Microbiological testing

  · Coordinate maintenance and calibration of the chamber.

  · (Secondary Focus 40% of time) Execute formulas (bench top work)

  · Paperwork: prepare formula packages, electronic filing of data

  · Create and service internal and external customers with necessary paperwork

  · Chemical sample ordering and sample organization

  · General lab maintenance

• Heavy duty industrial cleaning
• Emptying compactor of discarded fiber
• Remove wastepaper from process in the dryer section
