Summary:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.

• Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and GD&T.

• Set up machines by selecting tools, entering offsets, and adjusting parameters.

• Perform basic programming tasks and verify first-run parts.

• Monitor machining operations such as drilling, cutting, grooving, turning, and threading.

• Inspect finished parts using measurement tools and ensure they meet quality standards.

• Troubleshoot machine issues, replace or sharpen tools, and make necessary adjustments.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and report equipment problems as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator.

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to stand or walk on hard surfaces for up to 8 hours.

Production Associate (Ormond Beach)

1st and 2nd shift.

Hours: 2nd Shift 3:30pm-2am

Position Responsibilities:

• Packing finished product into boxes
• Filling machines with materials needed for production lines
• Clearing machine jams when they occur
• Testing and verifying the quality of the product being produced
• Reporting all required data during runs
• Operates machines and production equipment safely
• Maintains accurate daily production records
• Troubleshoot and resolves technical problems from the product line/process

Note: This individual must be able to learn GMP’s, ISO, and OSHA requirements in the manufacturing environment. This position shall operate in accordance with company policies & procedures, FDA regulations, and ISO standards.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

• Related experience a plus

Material Handler

Day Shift

Handling, counting, identifying, moving, and organizing materials throughout the warehouse with the use of carts, pallet jacks, or by hand. Focuses on organizing, preparing, and loading material for shipment.

 • Safely handles material to prevent injury to self/others and damage to material

• Maintains organization and cleanliness of warehouse by following best practices and standard procedures where applicable • Communicates quality issues, including mismatched product, poor packaging, and damaged material promptly

• Assists in unloading container shipments as needed

• Assists with the material handling responsibilities of other departments as needed • In Shipping: o Straps, wraps, bands, and labels outgoing pallets and small parcels o Consolidates material coming from different areas of the warehouse that are shipping to the same customer location o Ensures packaging, counts, and proper material are checked prior to loading shipment o Loads outgoing trucks once shipments are prepared

• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections • Safely operates material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, carts, strapping machines, wrapping machines, and scales.

Accounts Payable Clerk

8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for completing supplier payment processing and related functions to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Record supplier invoices into ERP system

• Maintain documents for backup of payments

• Interaction between departments for invoice confirmation

• Assist in weekly payment disbursement

• Verify data entry matches to system records

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2-year degree in Accounting or Business Management preferred

• 1 year experience with Accounts Payable in a Shared Service environment

Required Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail with organization skills

• Ability to work with changing demands in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines

Shift: 4pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for-

• Kitting of shop orders to the production floor in a timely and accurate manner

• Following all guidelines spelled out in the SOP-Stockroom Kitting

• Performing Cycle Counts and being a key participant in the annual Physical Inventory

Requirements:

• Maintain accuracy of picking and shop order kitting activities

• Support Receiving, Return to Stock and de-kit material actions

• Maintain inventory material locations

• Ensure accuracy of inventory through various transactions in accordance with procedures

• Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude

• Provide courteous, professional service to internal customers when responding to service requests at the service window

• Maintain security of inventory area and department

• Support Change Orders and Material Purge processes

• Support Cycle Counting

• Conduct historical research and interpretation of material transactions

• Transport material between production areas

• Support shipping activities

• Comply with and assist in the enforcement of all company safety policies

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous Manufacturing/Inventory experience desired

Position Summary:

• Conducting procedural tests on production / engineering / qualification products including incoming material needed to support customer need date

• Responsible for understanding and use of all electrical, mechanical and optical test equipment, test fixtures, and procedures

• Knowledge of basic electronics, electrical theories and a strong knowledge of Ohm’s law

• Ability to troubleshoot setup / product issues with little to no engineering support

• Working knowledge of 802.3 Ethernet standards

• Maintaining security for all quality verification equipment and its calibration control

• Notify errors on procedures, drawings, bills of material, and router to the support teams (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering).

• Responsible for completing documentation (shop packs and FATs) accurately and timely

• Responsible for entering data into the IFS system accurately and timely.

• Responsible for maintaining high quality standards and workmanship.

• Maintain excellent communication and working relationship with all departments within the company

• Maintain a safe working environment

• Communicating special tooling needed to perform operation that may have not been identified.

Education and Experience:

• Two year technical degree or equivalent military training or demonstrated job experience

• Recent experience in an electrical or electronics manufacturing environment

• Recent experience in hydraulics and pneumatics

• Experience handling fiber optic related product
