Summary:

  • Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.

  • Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and GD&T.

  • Set up machines by selecting tools, entering offsets, and adjusting parameters.

  • Perform basic programming tasks and verify first-run parts.

  • Monitor machining operations such as drilling, cutting, grooving, turning, and threading.

  • Inspect finished parts using measurement tools and ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot machine issues, replace or sharpen tools, and make necessary adjustments.

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and report equipment problems as needed.


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator.

  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to stand or walk on hard surfaces for up to 8 hours.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Packing finished product into boxes
  • Filling machines with materials needed for production lines
  • Clearing machine jams when they occur
  • Testing and verifying the quality of the product being produced
  • Reporting all required data during runs
  • Operates machines and production equipment safely
  • Maintains accurate daily production records
  • Troubleshoot and resolves technical problems from the product line/process

Note: This individual must be able to learn GMP’s, ISO, and OSHA requirements in the manufacturing environment. This position shall operate in accordance with company policies & procedures, FDA regulations, and ISO standards.

Position Summary:

  • Conducting procedural tests on production / engineering / qualification products including incoming material needed to support customer need date

  • Responsible for understanding and use of all electrical, mechanical and optical test equipment, test fixtures, and procedures

  • Knowledge of basic electronics, electrical theories and a strong knowledge of Ohm’s law

  • Ability to troubleshoot setup / product issues with little to no engineering support

  • Working knowledge of 802.3 Ethernet standards

  • Maintaining security for all quality verification equipment and its calibration control

  • Notify errors on procedures, drawings, bills of material, and router to the support teams (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering).

  • Responsible for completing documentation (shop packs and FATs) accurately and timely

  • Responsible for entering data into the IFS system accurately and timely.

  • Responsible for maintaining high quality standards and workmanship.

  • Maintain excellent communication and working relationship with all departments within the company

  • Maintain a safe working environment

  • Communicating special tooling needed to perform operation that may have not been identified.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Two year technical degree or equivalent military training or demonstrated job experience

  • Recent experience in an electrical or electronics manufacturing environment

  • Recent experience in hydraulics and pneumatics

  • Experience handling fiber optic related product
