Warehouse based role responsible for inspecting incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for defects and accuracy

Join the team as an entry level CNC Machine Operator and help produce precision-machined parts that meet the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC machines to produce machined parts according to specifications.
• Review work orders, blueprints, and engineering plans to plan machining operations.
• Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Program mills and lathes by entering instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation.
• Perform calculations using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry to ensure accuracy.
• Verify machine settings and first-run parts to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor operations such as drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing.
• Troubleshoot processes, adjust controls, and replace worn tools as needed.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and quality assurance procedures.

Assembly Tech III

 Day Shift

• Follow production schedule as determined by production supervisor or line leader.
• Work as team member in production line jobs using basic equipment. Operate automatic stripping, crimping, IDC tools.
• Must be able to read mechanical drawings.
• Inspect complete parts being produced per drawings.
• Operate hand crimping tools. Perform Pull tests on setups and first pieces.
• Operate test station. Level 2 soldering of electrical componants. Build level 1and 2 first article pieces. Perform basic setup on crimping presses. Setup test fixtures. Knowledge of standard IPC-620.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic working knowledge of and actively contribute to Lean Manufacturing processes. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Manufacturing exposure or background in electronics - understands Bills-of-Materials, Process sheets Electrical technician/troubleshooting skills. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Moving and examining objects at standard reach. Must be able to access and navigate the production facility. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to communicate effectively with others to exchange information

Prototype Technician

Develops the assembly processes used in production to explain how we build our products, which are typically wiring harnesses. Must understand how to build the cables first, then document this in MS Word, using drawings and digital images where appropriate. The technician will be given information about each cable, usually in the form of a bill-of-materials, a print of the assembled cable, and manufacturing guidelines that explain the do’s and don’ts of  processes. From this information, the technician needs to verify that the parts identified on the bill-of-materials are correct for the job, and research the tools needed to build the cable with these parts. The assembly process will explain how to use the parts, and the tools, to complete the assembly of the cable. An inspection and test process must also be written.

Day Shift

Supports the manufacturing processes and leads continuous improvement initiatives for key production cells. The role involves optimizing equipment and personnel cycle times, improving material flow, and driving production efficiency. This position will utilize experience and Lean skills to drive high-impact improvements. This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be directly involved to actively support all company-wide strategic initiatives. Apply lean manufacturing techniques such as Poka-Yoke, Andon, 5S, 5Why, PDCA, and Quality at Source to analyze and improve material flow and cell layouts, optimizing production efficiency, safety, and cost while eliminating waste

Job Summary:

• Use electrical, mechanical, and optical test equipment and follow established procedures.
• Apply knowledge of electronics, electrical theory, and Ohm’s law.
• Troubleshoot setup and product issues independently.
• Understand 802.3 Ethernet standards.
• Maintain and secure test equipment and calibration records.

Education & Experience

• Packing finished product into boxes
• Filling machines with materials needed for production lines
• Clearing machine jams when they occur
• Testing and verifying the quality of the product being produced

• Operates machines and production equipment safely
• Maintains accurate daily production records
• Troubleshoot and resolves technical problems from the product line/process
