A Team Lead is responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met while leading and assisting production employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production employees on assigned shift.
• Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Monitor production lines to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Train and assist new employees with work instructions and processes.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow to maintain efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately.
• Communicate shift updates, performance expectations, and operational changes.

Job Requirements:

In the absence of the Shift Supervisor: Communicate with on-duty Remedy Team Lead for staffing and production concerns. Meet team members at time clock and stay there until 10 minutes after the shift .Oversee all Remedy related operations while communicating with On-site Manager for all areas. Ensure production, safety, policies and procedures are being followed throughout shift. Make scheduling adjustments based on staffing numbers for the day and on an as-needed basis by checking production board Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of Remedy and the customer in the most professional manner possible.

Job Requirements:

Immediate openings in West Branch for packaging associates. Successful candidates will make $16.50/hour or more in a team-oriented environment with room for advancement while working to package products for store display in this Temp to Hire position.

Hours: M-F

1st shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm $16.50

2nd shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm $16.50 + $1 shift differential

3rd shift: 10:00pm to 6:30am $16.50 + $1 shift differential

Overtime mandatory

The associate’s work will include:

• Operate all job-required equipment and handle all products in a manner that promotes a safe working environment

• Pack units and build pallets following the customer provided standards.

• Follow established safety guidelines; promote a safe workplace.

• Working overtime as required to meet business demand including staying over from scheduled shift and coming in on days previously scheduled off

This role works in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires frequent lifting, moving, and handling of products throughout the shift. Associates must maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety while organizing products by type and expiration date.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay rate: $16.50 Temp to Hire

Essential Job Duties

• Unload products from floor-loaded trailers safely and efficiently.
• Sort and organize products by product type and expiration date.
• Build and palatalize loads according to warehouse standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with lift truck operators and other warehouse team members.
• Assist in meeting daily productivity and quality goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Support other warehouse departments, including DTC, Customization, and Rework, when floor-load work is unavailable.
• Adapt to changing workloads, product volumes, and operational needs.
