Community-focused insurance provider in West Omaha is searching for an experienced Office Administrator to join their growing office! Known for our commitment to excellence, this position will ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

 

Day time hours, Monday to Friday schedule | $22-24/hr DOE

 

Job Duties of an Insurance Office Admin include:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking

 

Job Requirements:

Experience and Education of an Insurance Office Admin include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience
  • P&C LICENSE IS STRONGLY PREFERED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

We’re Hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to assist a busy team in downtown Omaha, NE!  Qualified candidates must have a completed associates degree and at least 2 years longevity in a single call center role.  This role has the ability to go HYBRID after successfully completing training and the probationary period.
