Testing must be completed to be considered for the position

Pay rate: $19.50/ph

Start date for the position is May 21, 2024.

All candidates must clear the background/drug screening and skills testing. Selected candidate(s) will train for 8 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM for the position (subject to change). Once training is successfully completed, the candidates will receive their assigned schedules from company. Selected candidates will work between the hours of 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday.

Minimum Training and Experience

Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent recognized certificate and four years of staff, administrative, or professional experience that includes credit and collections, billing, accounts systems, or customer service; or possession of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

MAJOR FUNCTION

This is responsible clerical work in establishing service accounts requiring extensive public contact in handling specialized, difficult or problem accounts. Work is performed with considerable independence and under the general supervision of a supervisor. Work is reviewed through observation and inspection for accuracy through internal controls and by results obtained.

ESSENTIAL AND OTHER IMPORTANT JOB DUTIES

Meets the Customers interested in establishing service. Helps customers referred from subordinates due to complexity of accounts or customers seeking satisfaction at a higher level of administration. Establishes deposit requirements on major new commercial accounts. Works with superiors in gathering information and performing studies on services.

Local agency is looking for a great candidate to assist with technical support and provide exceptional customer service to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Attend the webinar and training sessions archived and available for view in the database systems to learn how to fully access client level data, interpret prescription, interpret insurance type, labs and eligibility status as directed by the Department within 30 days from the Contractor’s staff person being placed at the Department.
  • Attend webinars and trainings for care eligibility and any internal insurance related trainings and advanced Microsoft Office programs/software or other programs and software required to confirm and access client level data and complete eligibility assessments as directed.  Complete all required trainings and webinars with a minimum of a B average.
  • Acknowledge and complete client applications for enrollment / re-enrollment within the Department’s database systems within 24 hours of receipt as directed by the Department.
  • Respond to and complete requests for technical assistance, general inquiries, prescription issues from a Department within 24 hours, which are recorded in an activity log database as a support ticket as directed.
  • Update client records, prescription information, and insurance, after reviewing data systems as directed daily in the database systems.
  • Provide assistance and status updates to the staff, and clients or applicants via support ticket, emails and/or phone calls received daily or when requested.
  • Document all actions pertaining to a client within the client’s profile in the database systems within 24 hours of receiving help requests or documents from department, client, or applicant to the program or as directed.
  • Review, maintain, and complete at a minimum of 95 percent accuracy of all Patient enrollment application requests.
  • Monitor and maintain budget summaries and budget narratives. Work closely with Data Integration Team to provide program approval for budget amendments.
  • Review and respond to the Department’s ZZZ email folder for the Program within specified time assigned by the Department.
  • Provide programmatic technical assistance to Department and clients or applicants on database systems.
  • Assist in providing client data reports, surveys, projects, or reports as directed by the Department.
  • Attend two weekly internal office staff meetings a month or as directed by the Department.
  • Travel within the state of Florida to attend one or multiple day trainings or meetings as directed by the Department up to two times a year.
