Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately
• Answer customer questions by phone and email
• Provide basic product info; route complex issues to sales/technical teams
• Enter orders, update accounts, and handle follow-ups
• Track order status and communicate delays/changes
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Assist with returns, credits, and general customer support
• Work with internal teams (sales, operations, support)
