Electrical Component Assembly

This position is located on the NE side of Des Moines and is a F/T opportunity.

Pay: $23.00/Hour

Hour: 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Duties:

• Gathering supplies needed to assembly products.
• Cut wire to the proper length.
• Strip wire and make connections.
• Making electrical assemblies by interpreting blueprints and utilizing a variety of hand and power tools.
• Testing assemblies to ensure proper functionality.

Requirements:

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift 5-15% of the day.
• Previous mechanical assembly helpful (doors, electrical components, wire harnesses etc.
• Pre-Employment drug screen and criminal background verification required.
