IT Support Specialist

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $22-$25/hour

We are seeking a first-level IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end-users with desktop hardware and software issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys helping others and providing timely, customer-focused IT support.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve first-level desktop hardware and software issues
• Install, maintain, and support desktop systems and related equipment
• Use diagnostic tools and established procedures to identify technical problems
• Provide timely technical assistance to staff across the organization
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate
• Deliver professional and responsive customer service

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related IT experience
• Valid Florida driver’s license required
• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years of licensed driving experience
• DMV record review required
