The Government Accounts Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to a team that manages key government accounts across Oahu. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, supporting client relationships, and ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with their team, assisting with account support, invoice processing, client communications, meeting coordination, and project follow-up activities. This position offers exposure to government-facing business operations and the opportunity to support services that impact communities throughout Hawaii.
Job Duties:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the government accounts services team
- Communicate with government agency contacts regarding account-related matters
- Input, process, and track invoices through SAP and other internal systems
- Research and gather information related to customer accounts and service requests
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Take meeting notes and distribute summaries, action items, and follow-up communications
- Monitor open requests and ensure timely completion of outstanding tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments to support client needs
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and operational initiatives as assigned
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Professional customer service and client support experience preferred
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software is a plus
- Interest in government relations, public sector operations, or client services is highly desirable
- Experience supporting government clients, public sector organizations, or corporate account teams, preferred
