Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack products on the production line.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist in other areas of the facility as business needs require.
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• At least 6 months of experience using RF (Radio Frequency) scanners.
• At least 6 months of experience entering and retrieving inventory data
