Seeking a Research & Development Associate to support fermentation and microbiology research in a laboratory environment. Responsibilities include conducting bench-scale fermentation experiments, preparing media and cultures, operating bioreactors and lab equipment, collecting samples, performing routine testing, and documenting results accurately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field.

• Hands-on laboratory experience and strong documentation skills.

• Knowledge of fermentation, microbiology, and molecular biology techniques.

• Experience with LIMS and Microsoft Office preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., wear PPE, and work safely in a laboratory setting.

Bachelor Degree in Biology or related field.
