Industrial Parts Sales Representative

Location: Mineola, TX
Pay: $20.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

A leading CNC machine manufacturer in Mineola is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machine components. This position is ideal for someone who understands the parts and systems used in CNC machinery and can confidently communicate with customers in manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and production environments.

The right candidate will be comfortable discussing components such as motors, gears, bearings, capacitors, transistors, relays, drives, electrical controls, and other machine-building parts. You must be able to “speak the language” of the industry and build credibility with customers through your technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and RFQs
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, pricing, and lead times
• Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
• Work closely with production and purchasing teams to provide accurate information
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to support sales growth and customer retention
• Provide professional, knowledgeable service to customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, industrial sales, manufacturing sales, customer service, or a related field
• Knowledge of CNC machinery, industrial equipment, or machine-building components
• Familiarity with parts such as motors, gears, bearings, capacitors, transistors, relays, electrical controls, and mechanical assemblies
• Ability to confidently communicate with engineers, maintenance personnel, plant managers, and purchasing departments
• Strong computer, phone, and email communication skills
• Experience with quotations, lead times, order processing, and customer follow-up
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
