Flexible 1st Shift around 7:30am-4:00pm M-F

Compensation

$70,000 – 83,000 Based on Experience

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee wire harness, cable assembly, PCB assembly, control panel assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
Ensure production schedules are achieved.
Identify labor, material, equipment, and capacity constraints.

Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience. Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with wire harness assembly, PCB assembly, electromechanical manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
