Schedule & Work Environment
12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Monday–Friday with possible weekends
Rotating weekly schedule
Consistent overtime (50–60 hours per week)
Work performed in an industrial, non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to heavy machinery, steel materials, coatings, and outdoor conditions
We are seeking dependable, safety-driven General Laborers/ Industrial Workers/ Manufacturing Associates for temporary positions at a large industrial pipeline coating facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, production, construction, or general labor experience to gain steady hours, overtime, and potential for permanent employment based on performance and attendance.
Pay: $17.00/hour+ overtime (time-and-a-half after 40 hours)
Ideal candidates are comfortable with physical labor, heavy lifting, and working in a fast-paced industrial setting while maintaining strong safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grind, clean, and prepare large diameter steel pipes
- Handle and prep pipes weighing up to 20,000 lbs.
- Load, unload, stage, and organize materials
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Follow all safety protocols and plant regulations
- Wear required PPE (hard hat, gloves, steel-toe boots)
- Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues immediately
