Day Shift

Shipping & Receiving Associate will support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on receiving materials, preparing production kits, creating work orders, and shipping finished products. Strong computer skills are essential, as much of the workflow is managed through and digital systems.

Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against packing lists. Enter receipts and material data into ERP or inventory software. Organize, label, and store materials in designated areas. Pull components and build accurate kits based on BOMs and work instructions. Create, update, and close work orders in the production system. Prepare finished cable assemblies for shipment. Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation. Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with cycle counts. Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or issues to supervisors.
