Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Prepare and review shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight companies.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve shipping issues and delays.
• Monitor shipments and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping transactions, inventory, and shipment statuses.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and international shipping regulations

• Proven experience as a Shipping Specialist or in a similar logistics role.
• Excellent knowledge of shipping procedures, transportation modes, and relevant regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using shipping software and inventory management systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and carriers.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve shipping discrepancies or delays.
• Physical ability to handle shipping materials and work in a warehouse environment when necessary.
