Food Production Associate

Pay: $14/hr
Hours: 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Food Production Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will help prepare and pack products on the production line while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack products on the production line.
• Perform quality checks on product handling.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free, and safe workspace.
• Assist in additional facility operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish required)—must be able to communicate clearly in both languages.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Exposure to wet and cold conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions and manual tasks.

External Basic Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible shift.
• Able to stand 8+ hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to push, pull, grasp, and lift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• At least 6 months operating motorized material-handling equipment.
• At least 6 months RF scanning experience.
• At least 6 months experience entering or retrieving inventory data.
