We are seeking to hire Mechanical Assemblers for our valued client in Randolph, WI!

Let's talk about the available shift:

  • 1st Shift Mechanical Assembler works Monday – Thursday 5am-4:30pm
    • Overtime is currently mandatory on Fridays! 5am-4:30pm

The Pay for the Mechanical Assembler:

  • 1st Shift – $22.50/hour
  • Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Mechanical Assembler:

  • Use machine drawings, machine assembly drawings, controls schematics and relevant bills of materials to proficiently build according to drawings and problem solve where needed.
  • Engage in the reduction and/or elimination of non-value-added work throughout the organization.
  • Utilize hand tools proficiently in performing the following tasks: Structural assembly, Mechanical drive assembly, Fluid control assembly, Guard and cover assembly, Mechanical assembly, simple electrical assembly. Work must represent quality workmanship, neatness, with acceptable efficiencies.
  • Shipping & Receiving

 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
