Hiring Food Production Associate

Pay: $14/hr
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Orlando FL

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Food Production Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and packing products on the production line while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to react quickly under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Job Duties

Prepare and pack products on the production line.
Perform quality checks on product handling and product standards.
Maintain a clean and debris-free work area to ensure safety.
Assist in other areas of the facility as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

External Basic Qualifications

Willing to work a flexible shift.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
At least 6 months operating motorized material-handling equipment.
At least 6 months experience using radio frequency (RF) scanning.
At least 6 months experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory system.

Physical Demands

Exposure to wet and cold conditions.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
