Job Opening: Electronic Panel Assembler

Remedy Staffing is seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler Supervisor to lead a small production team at a local electronics manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys supervising people while actively supporting electronic panel assembly and ongoing projects.

Pay Rate

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 3–4 electronics assemblers
• Oversee daily workflow and prioritize ongoing projects
• Perform and assist with electronic panel assembly
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
• Train team members on assembly processes and quality standards
• Monitor quality, identify issues, and assist with troubleshooting
• Communicate progress, delays, and needs to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronics assembly required
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with electronic panels, wiring, or control assemblies a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic computer or documentation skills
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
