- 1st Shift work? Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. Some flexibility available.
The Pay?for the Engineering Technician:
- $67,000-75,000 Based on experience
- Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Engineering Technician:
- Review and respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for products.
- Assist in building, documenting, and introducing new assemblies and support engineering changes to existing
designs. - Support the design, build, and repair of test fixtures used with the Cable-Eye (Cami) continuity testing system.
- Diagnose and resolve board assembly issues, performing component level troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist the Lakewood team and offer support with technical issues by learning the product and offering support
with technical issues. - Work with production leadership to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, including reviewing labor
standards, capacity planning, and workflow optimization. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and product flow.
- Read and interpret customer drawings and electrical schematics to ensure accurate builds and documentation.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and transitions into production.
- Maintain accurate technical and production records, including updates within the ERP system (ShopWorx or
similar). - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.

- Experience with ShopWorx or similar ERP/MRP systems; comfortable learning new systems
