ENTRY Level Machine Operators, General Labors and Assemblers! 

NO Experience is Required! Willing to train!

Hours: 
1st shift: Monday thru Thursday from 5:00 am-3:30 or 6a-430p 

2nd shift: Monday thru Thursday from 3:30 pm – 2:00 am

Pay: $16-$17/ HR Depending on positions and experience

Pay Range: 

Those with no experience or very little experience would start out between $16/hr.  Those with experience and can demonstrate they can read blueprints and use micrometers and other gauging tools would be more in the $17-18/hr range.

Basic Function for Machine Operators:     Overall goal is to independently run multiple spindle screw machines to produce parts to customer specifications within company standards for safety, quality and productivity.      

Essential Functions:

• Load screw machines with bar stock.
• Perform tool, holder or attachment adjustments/changes as necessary to maintain part quality.  Sharpen tools as needed.
• Assure parts meet customer specifications by measuring parts per inspection plan. Enter SPC as required and properly respond to out of control conditions.
• Alert QC or supervisor if there are any questions/concerns regarding part quality.

• Heavy work - lift up to 30 lbs. frequently, Occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Reach into machine, push/pull to engage machine, move parts.
• Bend, stoop or crouch to clear chips or lift part pans.
• Use fingers & hands to manipulate parts while loading machine.
• Use close visual concentration while inspecting parts.
• Continual standing and walking.
