Public Works Utility Worker 

Now hiring a full-time Utility Worker working for Public Works in the Water Department

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

ROP: $10.00/hour (Pay increase after probation period with excellent benefits)

CONTRACT-TO-HIRE 6-8 weeks!

Job Duties

• Assisting with the upkeep and maintenance to the local city fire hydrants(cleaning, painting, greasing, weed eating around and leveling the ground and killing any ants when necessary
• Go around and check the streets sign on street corners
• Can be given other work orders throughout the day

• MUST have a High School Diploma/GED
• MUST be able to walk long distance
• Must be mechanical inclined 
• Follow safety guidelines
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
