- High school diploma or GED required
- Entry-level to 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic production processes, quality control, and safety practices
- Ability to rotate through all tasks within the production process
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts
- Assist with production of wiring assemblies
- Perform general housekeeping duties including shoveling and sweeping work areas
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects repeatedly
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and eye coordination tasks including gripping and pinching
- Must have reliable transportation to the job location
- Must be at least eighteen 18 years of age
