Job Duties of the Industrial Painter:

• Read blueprints schematics, grind, hang, and prepare parts for painting on paint line
• Apply paint, operate conveyor, and feed parts into oven to cure,
• Document production as required Remove parts and crate up for shipment or other areas of production

Requirements:

• • Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs occasionally; ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs often.?

  • Mechanical Aptitude: Basic comfort with simple hand tools and power tools.

  • Comprehension: Ability to read assembly and test instructions and product postings.  The ability to understand verbal instructions.
  • Computer: Comfort with using a PC.  Able to navigate the Internet, and use Microsoft word.
  • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve highest possible quality in an efficient manner.
  • Flexibility: Ability to be proficient at many different tasks, which will change with short notice.
  • Available for overtime hours when necessary based on production schedule.
  • Hand Soldering abilities a plus.
