Position: Document Prep, Scanning & Data Entry Clerks

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

A reputable local company is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for Document Preparation, Scanning, and Data Entry roles. Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high accuracy.

Requirements:

• Pass Level 2 (Fingerprint) background check, drug screen, and credit check
• High school diploma or GED
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Kodak scanner and OnBase experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Document Preparation:

• Remove bindings, repair pages, insert cover sheets
• Sort, classify, and count documents
• Prepare files for scanning with high accuracy

Document Scanning:

• Scan records into electronic format
• Ensure image quality and proper file naming
• Operate scanning equipment efficiently

Data Entry:

• Enter and verify data from source documents
• Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
• Ensure accuracy through cross-referencing

Job Requirements:

Long term temp positions. All positions are Temp-to-Hire. Positions range from entry level to skilled. 

$19/hour – Weekly Pay

Must be able to work Swing Shift hours along with Work Weekends. Example work schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 4:00/6:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. -2:00/4:00 a.m. OT to be expected! 

Position may include but not limited to the following job task:

General Labor position will assist in one of 3 major work areas: Mill Production, Coating Department, and Shipping Department. As General Laborer you may utilize tools such as: 30lb. grinder, welding, quality control, hacksaw, cable, pipe bar, chains, hoist, sledgehammer, pneumatic air tools, crimper devices, plasma cutter, etc.

• $19/hour with Weekly Pay
• Pipe Production/General Labor position is physically demanding and considered highly repetitious motion work.
• The position will require you to be on your feet for 10-hour to 12-hour shifts.

Customer Success Representative

Location: Tallahassee, FL (Hybrid)

Pay: $75,000-$90,000 annually

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to manage and grow an assigned portfolio of client accounts. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and account growth initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.

Drive customer retention, renewals, and account expansion opportunities.

Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new clients and solutions.

Monitor account health, usage trends, and customer satisfaction.

Conduct business reviews and recommend solutions that maximize customer value.

Partner with operations, sales, and support teams to resolve issues and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related field.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience managing multiple client projects and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Hybrid Schedule:

Candidates should expect to work primarily onsite during the first 3-6 months for training and onboarding. After successfully acclimating to the role, the position offers flexibility to transition to a primarily remote work arrangement.
