Job Duties of the Orbital Welder:

• Setup, program, and operate orbital welding equipment to perform high-quality welds.
• Inspect materials and welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and workplace best practices to prevent hazards.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and team members to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Perform quality control checks and documentation of welding work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues.
• Help develop designs for welding projects
• Use a variety of tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specifications; maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance preferred but willing to train

Job Duties of the Screen Printer:

• Follow all safety procedures, ensure guards are in place, and maintain a clean working environment
• Follow specifications or procedures for set up and operation using shop order or blueprints, instructions, and machine knowledge
• Set up and maintain printing equipment
• Operate the assigned equipment 5.Check for quality issues such as pinholes, registration, lay down, etc.
• Identify defects/errors and confer with supervisor or lead person when problems arrive
• Perform periodic quality checks in accordance with the difficulty and quantity of the jobs
