Job Duties of an Assembler:  

• Set up and operate machines: plasma tables, press brake, sheer, and saw
• Insulate of main parts
• Maintenance on machines
• Organization and labeling of parts once fabricated
• Complete orders given by the engineers, CAD department, and management
• Inspect all finished work for quality and job specifications before sending on to assembly

Job Duties:

• To perform all kinds of welding, brazing, and cutting using gas and electric welding equipment.
• Meets all essential functions and qualifications for Welder II.
• Performs in and out of position welding.
• Performs hand fabricating. Participate in weld lab classroom training for IR/Trane and ASME/PED certifications as needed.

Job Duties of a Production Operator:

• Rotate through production tasks and workstations
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform quality checks and accurately complete documentation
• Verify labels, lot codes, and packaging details
• Transfer and inspect products during packaging stages
• Troubleshoot equipment concerns
• Assist with equipment setup and breakdown as needed
